Christmas Day Photo Shoot with Erika
It was cold out this Christmas Day and I wanted to do what I have never done before...a Christmas Day portrait shoot of my daughters. Erika was really the only one that wanted to do it, so she and I went to Lock 3 Park in Downtown Akron for about one hour. Erika donned her new clothes that she just got for Christmas. We had a lot of fun.

It's Winter in Northeast Ohio!
Just some winter scenery shooting. Not much to do with camera controls besides setting proper shutter speed in manual mode. Distance scenery photography already has great depth of field, so a photographer has to watch and adjust their shutter speed.

More Winter Spot Focus Photography
I just love to shoot spot focus photography. It just has an intriguing effect on the imagination when we look at photos. I froze when shooting these, but the payoff of a good shot makes it worthwhile!

Don't Disturb the Snow!
This was a fun series to shoot. I fired at 1.4 aperture and had to lay down in the snow to capture these images. I love undisturbed snow, it just has a calmness to it. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do! Feel free to leave comments too.
